Shipping
All orders will ship to the address provided as the Shipping Address at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you provide complete, updated and correct address information. Packages usually ship within 1-2 business days after placing an order. We currently only ship within the EU including the UK but this may change in the near future. If you live outside the EU and wish to order something, just get in touch.
Returns
Returns must receive a return approval via email.
Payment refunds will be less the original cost of shipping, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. The cost to return the package will be at your expense.
It is strongly recommended that you add tracking on the return package as Spiral Crystals cannot be responsible if the package does not arrive or arrives back damaged. Refunds will only be processed once the package arrives back and its contents are in the original condition, in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled due to lack of product availability. If your order has been cancelled you will be notified via email of the cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
